In total, we require approximately five hours of your time, spread across four structured touchpoints. Beyond this, we handle the full design and project coordination, allowing you to remain focused on your work and daily life. 

Yes. We provide full end-to-end project management to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated execution.

We prepare a detailed scope of works for each trade, obtain and review quotations, and present everything to you in a clear project scope summary for approval before work begins.

Once signed off, we:

• Coordinate and schedule all trades.
   
• Create a clear project programme, outlining each stage and the time each trade will be on site.
   
• Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
   
• Proactively manage updates or changes should anything arise.
   

All parties involved receive the project schedule and are kept informed throughout, ensuring the project runs efficiently with minimal involvement required from you.

You will be assigned a dedicated interior designer who also acts as your project manager and single point of contact throughout.

All communication is handled on your behalf, including coordination with trades and suppliers, you will never be required to manage or liaise with multiple parties. We oversee the project in full, keeping everything aligned, on schedule, and running smoothly.

Our strong build knowledge and hands-on experience allow us to plan projects with precision. We schedule the right trades at the correct stages well in advance, rather than adopting a 'just in time' approach which is risky and often leads to site delays. 

This proactive approach enables us to maintain clear timelines, avoid delays, and keep the project running on time and on budget. We continuously monitor progress and adjust the schedule where needed, enabling the project to stay on track without disruption to you.

Once the design is approved, your involvement can be minimal. We manage the project on your behalf and provide weekly progress updates, you are always informed without needing to be hands-on.

We will only contact you if a decision is required, for example, if an unforeseen site condition (such as out-of-true walls) impacts the agreed design. In those cases, we will present clear options and guide you through the decision efficiently.

We plan every project with daily life in mind. Where space allows, we can arrange a temporary kitchen within your home. Alternatively, we can set up a functional temporary kitchen using your existing units in another room.

This approach allows you to continue cooking and maintaining routines while renovation works are underway, significantly reducing disruption and giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

We eliminate surprises through detailed surveys, early contractor site visits, and clearly defined scopes of work for every trade. 

Yes. If you share your availability in advance, we schedule the project phases and trades accordingly. By planning ahead, we can align key milestones and site access around your schedule wherever possible.

This ensures the project progresses smoothly while fitting around your commitments.

We do not design off-the-shelf kitchens. Every space we create is entirely bespoke, shaped around you, often inspired by places you have visited, experiences you have loved, or moments you want to recapture.
