1.INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions apply to all interior design consultations provided by Rejig Interiors Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

3. CONSULTATION SERVICE

Our consultation service is designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional interior design guidance.

This may include:

• Layout and spatial planning advice
• Design direction and styling guidance
• General recommendations for finishes, fixtures, and materials
• Discussion of your project scope and next steps

Where applicable, measurements may be taken during:

• Interior design consultations
• Bathroom consultations
• Spatial planning consultations
• Kitchen consultations

4. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The consultation is:

• A one-off advisory service
• Based on the information available at the time
• Intended as guidance only

The consultation does not include:

• Detailed design drawings or technical plans
• Procurement, ordering, or supplier coordination
• Project management or installation services
• Ongoing design development unless agreed separately

If you proceed with a full design service, a separate contract will be issued.

5. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Consultations must be paid for in full at the time of booking
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
• All prices are stated at the time of booking

5A. PRICING SCOPE

Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on our website are based on one room only.

If your project includes multiple rooms, you must:

• Select and purchase the appropriate number of rooms at the time of booking; or
• Contact us directly to request a bespoke quotation

Consultations will be limited strictly to the number of rooms booked. We reserve the right to decline to discuss additional rooms during the consultation where they have not been included in the original booking.

Where additional rooms are raised during the consultation, we may, at our discretion, offer to extend the session or provide further services subject to additional fees.

5B. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT

All interior design services provided by Rejig Interiors begin with an initial consultation.

We do not provide quotations, design work, or project scope assessments without this first step.

The consultation allows us to fully understand your space, requirements, and project goals, ensuring that any further services or proposals are accurate and appropriate.

Requests for pricing, design input, or project advice without a prior consultation may not be accommodated.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Complete the pre-consultation questionnaire in full prior to your appointment
• Provide clear and accurate photographs of the space(s) to be discussed
• Share any relevant inspiration images or references to support your design brief
• Provide accurate information and details relating to your project
• Attend the consultation at the scheduled time

We are not responsible for any advice or recommendations based on incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information.

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• You may reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable
• Failure to attend your scheduled consultation may result in the loss of your booking fee

8. COOLING-OFF RIGHTS

If you book online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, if you request your consultation to take place within this period, you acknowledge that:

• Your right to cancel may be lost once the consultation has been delivered

9. LIABILITY

• Advice is provided based on professional experience and the information available at the time
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any materials or advice provided during the consultation are for your personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

14. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

Our consultation service is intended to provide professional guidance and recommendations based on the information available at the time.

Any advice, ideas, layouts, or suggestions discussed during the consultation are:

• Conceptual in nature and not final design solutions
• Based on the details, measurements, and images provided at the time
• Subject to change following detailed design development, site conditions, or further investigation

We do not guarantee that all recommendations will be suitable for implementation without further technical review.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, technical drawings, or specialist input (including but not limited to structural, electrical, or plumbing advice) before proceeding with any works.

Rejig Interiors shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or issues arising from the implementation of consultation advice without further professional services being engaged.
