Even if you decide not to proceed further, this consultation offers valuable insights and creative ideas for your home that you can utilise independently. Each client will receive a bespoke document including a detailed floor plan, client brief, and project deliverables.

HOMEWORK
To ensure we understand your vision, we will begin with a personalised welcome email. This is your opportunity to share details about your space: what works, whats not working, and your aspirations.
We encourage you to share Pinterest boards, saved images, or ideas (even conflicting ones!) These help refine our consultation and design process. To make the process more organised we will share with you a dedicated online folder where you can drop in all of your resources.

With the consultation complete, we will curate a detailed project concept. This includes:
- Product Research & Development: A meticulously curated sample tray.
- Spatial Planning: Layouts to enhance functionality and flow.

While we focus on developing your bespoke concept, we will simultaneously engage our network of trusted, high-calibre contractors.
These professionals will conduct site visits along with the designer to gather initial costings and provide initial feedback on the planned design work. Together with estimated lead times for your project.
CLIENT MEETING
We shall arrange an onsite or virtual meeting to review the refined concept, preliminary furnishings, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) budget. During this meeting, we will also review contractor quotations and feedback to ensure alignment with the project scope and goals.
We invite you to take a few days to reflect on the concept and provide any feedback or revisions. Your satisfaction is paramount.
SCHEME DEVELOPMENT & 3D WALKTHROUGH
Upon approval of the initial concept, we further develop the scheme and provide a state-of-the-art 3D walkthrough of your reimagined home. Following this, a final meeting (online or in person) will be held to review the final design(s). A comprehensive Project Handbook, including contractor blueprints, will be delivered for your approval.
